Ultraluxe Wine, an U.S.-based retailer of obscure, often collectible wines.
UltraLuxe Wine appeals to the treasure hunters, those passionate wine collectors who want the wines that no one can get, the wines that the critics haven't yet found, and the wines that will get the big scores.
But Ultraluxe is about much more than selling hard-to-find, exotic and collectable wines. Combining the strengths of its unique setup, they are able to offer many other wines at amazingly low prices.
They have a major focus on appealing directly to their clientele by the simplest means: the internet and e-mail.
Subscribers to Ultraluxe's free e-mail list can expect to receive one to two rare wine offerings per week. Each message will contain a handful of hard to get wines sold via e-mail, and on a first come basis.
Ultraluxe also has many wines available on its website. Yet in order for Ultraluxe to sell it, a wine must fit three criteria: "It has to be a premium, well made wine, its issues of provenance have to be clear, and it has to be able to be sold at one of the best prices in the U.S."

Wine deliveries MUST be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. They will not be left without a signature!
Shipping wine is most economical for quantities of six bottles or more. Orders will be processed and scheduled for shipment on a twice a month schedule.
Of course weather changes, (i.e. too hot or cold) can delay the shipment of your wine by a few days. We do our best to let you know if a delay is appropriate in the best interest of your wine!
If you'd like us to ship wine in a way that does not conform to our weather policy, you may do so at your own risk.

*Does an item being on the website guarantee the quantity that I am requesting in my order?
When you see an item on the website, that does not guarantee that we have, for example, 20 cases in stock. If we have one bottle, that item will be shown. Should you order 12 bottles of something that we only have 4 bottles of on hand, we will notify you of this discrepancy by email or phone.
*Do presales and futures get charged out when they come in, or at the time of purchase?
All pre-sales and wine futures are charged at the time of purchase. Since all pre-sales and wine futures are guaranteed orders, we must have a firm commitment from the customer to purchase the case of wine on a pre-sale basis. The price advertised during the pre-sale is often times at a lower price, and the price is subject to change once we purchase more for regular inventory. Having the pre-sale paid in full ahead of time will guarantee the customer the discounted pre-sale price even if it changes at a later date.
Return Policy
*Once an order has been placed, returns are issued in the form of store credit. Since the wine begins its transporting process upon the completion of an order, there are no exceptions.
Due to the nature of the sale of Bordeaux Futures and pre-sells, we are unable to refund them.
